YB□20 Pad-mounted Substation
Totally accords to GB/T17467-1998, standard of “H.V. / L.V. Pad-mounted Substation”, the product is adapted with municipal public power distribution, street lamp power distribution, industrial and mineral enterprises, dwelling communities, oil fields, seaports, hotels, parks and construction sites, to realize ring network or terminal power supplying.
◆Altitude: ≤1000m;
◆Ambient temperature: -30℃ --- +40℃;
◆Temperature: Highest monthly average temperature +30℃; highest yearly average temperature +20℃.
◆Relative humidity: Daily average value ≤95%; monthly average value ≤90%;
◆Anti-shaking level: horizontal acceleration 0.4m/s2, vertical acceleration 0.15 m/s2;
◆No impact, no serious pollution and chemical erosion, no electric dust and no explosion dangers are at installing site. When said conditions can’t be satisfied, please contact with us to deal.
◆This substation is composed with H.V. booth, transformer booth and L.V. booth, disposed as rectangle or triangle.
◆There are three power supplying styles as terminal, ring network or dual power-supplier.
◆It can be designed as two power supplying projects of single transformer or dual transformer.
◆Transformer can be oil immersed power transformer or dry type transformer.
◆With enough sized natural intake and heat insulation measures on the body, the substation guarantees all the electric equipments’ normal running. (With requirement of the customer, compulsive cooling can be adopted.)
◆With 5-protection function, product can be operated and maintained expediently and run reliably.
◆Outer shell may be metal or non-metal or both, with long term outdoor use condition of anti-aging, burning-proof, anti-erosion, waterproof, dust-proof.
◆With small volume and weight, good-looking figure, product is harmonious with environment.
◆When SF6 switchgear adopted, dimension of the substation will be less than 1750mm, more adapting for dwelling community construction or street lamps reconstruction.
User should provide following materials:
a. requirements of type, capacity, amount, color and outer figure dimension;
b. performance of transformer, connection group, tap range, requirement of impedance;
c. connection design, component type, specification and requirement;
d. other special requirement.
