KYN28-12 Draw-out Metal-clad Switchgear Cabinet


 

KYN28-12 draw-out metal-clad switchgear accords to requirements of standards of GB3906, GB/T11022, IEC60298 and DL/T404, adapting to 3.6-12kV AC 3-phase 50Hz single bus disjunction electric system, to realize the purpose of accepting and distributing electricity and for controlling, protecting and investigating the circuit, for indoor use.

 

◆ The ambient temperature should be not higher than +40℃, not lower than -25℃.
◆ Altitude should be not over 2000m.
◆ Relative humidity: day average value is not over 95%, month average value is not over 90%;
◆ Surrounding atmosphere isn’t obviously polluted by corrosive gas or steam.
◆ Without frequent hard shaking.
◆ To use the equipment over conditions regulated in standard GB3906, user should consult with manufacturer.

When the breaker is used to control 3-10kV motor, metal zinc oxide arrester must be installed. The solid requirement is communicated between customers and manufacturer. When the breaker is used to break capacitors groups, the rated current of capacitor groups should be not more and 80% of rated current of breaker.

5. Product Structure
The switchgear equipment is designed as standard on metal-clad whole sealed switchgear equipment of GB3906, and is composed with two parts of cabinet body and central draw-out component (). There are 4 booths in the cabinet body. The protection level of the shell is IP4X and the protection level of every booth and opened breaker booth is IP2X, with several other projects like input and outlet cable, aerial input and outlet cable. By arrangement and combination, it can become power distribution equipment of every kind of projects. The figure of switchgear cabinet refer to figure1, the figure figure of breaker lorry refer to figure2, the inside disposing figure refers to figure3, 4.
 
5.1 Shell and others
The shell of switchgear equipment is made of imported aluminum-zinc slice board, treated on CNC machine tool by multiple hemming technologies. By this technology, the whole cabinet body is high precise, anticorrosive and antioxygenic. And cabinet body is adapted with composing structure, connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, to make the cabinet much lighter than any other cabinet bodies of same type, with higher mechanical strength and good appearance. Besides, the characteristics of the equipment are less working assembling period, high using generality, small ground occupation and easy to organize manufacturing.
 
5.2 Lorry
The frame of lorry is made of slice steel board assembled after treated by CNC machine tool. The lorry is adapted insulation to the cabinet body. The mechanical locking is safe, reliable and flexible. By different uses, there are breaker lorries, voltage transformer lorry, measuring lorry and separating lorry. Lorries of same specs can freely interconvert each other. In cabinet, lorries have the positions of open position, test position and work position. There are localizing devices to ensure the reliability of locking. Operation should be done by anti-misoperation procedure.
 
Vacuum breaker and other accessorial devices are equipped on the breaker lorry. When being sent into the breaker booth in the cabinet body, location of breaker lorry can be reliably locked at break position or test position; and the indicating light appears the cabinet’s location. Only after total locking, the structure can be pushed. The lorry can be pushed to the working position. When the lorry reaches the working position, the pushing handle can’t move more, and the relating position indicating light appears the position. The mechanical linking lock of the lorry reliably guarantee the breaker can be shut only when the lorry at working position or testing position. And only when the lorry is in break condition, the breaker can be moved.
 
5.3 Separating booth
There are independent separating booths for main electric components of switchgear equipment, breaker lorry booth, bus booth, cable booth, relay meter booth, the protecting degree between every booth reach IP2X. Except relay booth, there are pressure-releasing channel in the other 3 booths. Taking middle style to enlarge the space for cable booth, the equipment can be connected with more cables.
5.3.1 Breaker lorry booth
Orbits are installed on both sides of the booth, for the lorry’s moving between separating position and working position. Separate board of the still touch point box 6 (flexible door structure) is installed at the back side of the lorry booth. During the process of lorry’s moving from separating position/ testing position to working position,
5.3.2 Bus booth

5.3.3 Cable booth
The switchgear is middle style, to make the cable booth more space. The current transformer 7 is installed on the back side of the separating booth. Then the grounding switch 8 can be installed on the back side, also on fore side. The arrestor 11 is installed at the lower part of the separating booth. This makes the cabinet can be maintained from single side or from double sides. Moving away the lorry 14 and the lower separating board, workers can enter the cabinet from the front side to make installation and maintenance. The cable in cable booth is connected with conductor. Each phase can be connected with 1 to 3 single-core cables. If necessary, each phase can be connected with 6 single-core cables.
5.3.4 Relay
Relay protecting components, meters, inspecting indicators and specially required 2nd equipments can be installed in relay meters booth. The controlling circuit is installed in wire slot with enough space, covered by metal cover. By this, the 2nd cable is separated high voltage booth. The left cable slot is prepared for input and outlet of controlling wires. The small bus runs through the top cover on the relay meter booth. During connection, the top cover of meter booth can overturned to fit for the installation of the small bus.
5.4 Linking lock device to prevent misoperation
The secure and reliable linking lock device is equipped in the switchgear, satisfying totally the requirements of “5 preventions”
5.4.1 Indicating button or switch is installed on the door of meter booth, preventing misoperation to breaker.
5.4.2 Operation to breaker can be done, only when the breaker lorry is at the test position or working position. And when closing the breaker, lorry can’t be moved to prevent pulling and pushing the lorry with load.
5.4.3 Only when the grounding switch at opening position, the breaker lorry can be moved from test/breaking position to working position. Only when the breaker lorry at test/breaking position, grounding switch can be operated closing. (grounding switch electrifying appear equipment) It is to realize the effective preventing misoperations of wrong closing grounding switch and breaker when the grounding switch at closing position.
5.4.4 When the grounding switch at breaking position, the lower door and the back door can’t be opened, in order to prevent electrifying separator.
5.4.5 Breaker lorry at testing position or working position, without controlling voltage, only breaking the switch by hand, closing switch can’t be done.
5.4.6 Electrical linking lock can be installed into each cabinet.
Electromagnetic locking device can be installed onto the grounding switch operating structure to improve stability. The order is optioned by the customers.
5.5 Pressure-leakage device
There are pressure-leakage devices installed on tops of breaker lorry, bus booth and cable booth. When arc caused by inner misoperation at breaker and bus, accompanying with the arc, air pressure in switchgear rises up. The special sealing circle installed on the door will seal the front part of the cabinet. The leakage metal board on the top will be opened automatically, to release the pressure and gas, in order to guarantee the security of operators and switchgear.
5.6 Linking lock of 2nd plug and lorry
The communication between 2nd cable on the switchgear and 2nd cable on breaker lorry is realized by handle 2nd plug. The active touch point on the 2nd plug is connected with breaker lorry through a nylon ripple stretching pipe. The 2nd still touch point socket is installed on right top of switchgear lorry booth. Only at test/breaking position, the plug on the breaker lorry can be put in or pulled away. At working position, because of the structure linking lock, the 2nd plug is locked and can’t be put away. Because the closing structure of the breaker lorry is locked by the electromagnetic iron, the switch on the breaker lorry can only be broken, but not be closed before the 2nd plug is connected.
5.7 Electriferous displaying device
If customer has requirements, optional component being electriferous displaying device is installed to inspect the 1st loop running. The device is composed by high voltage sensor and electriferous displaying component. They are connect by conductor. The device not only appears electrifying condition of high voltage electriferous loop, but also realizes forcing lock the switch handle of cabinet door, combined with electromagnetic lock, to prevent closing grounding switch with electricity and wrong entering the electrifying separator, as well as to improve the misoperation-proof performance of set products.
5.8 Preventing freezing dew and eroding
To prevent the dangers caused by freezing dew in high humidity and high-changed temperature conditions, heater and damp-proof device are installed in breaker lorry booth and cable booth.
5.9 Grounding device
The 50*5 mm2 grounding cooper bus bar is installed separately in cable booth, which goes through nei***oring cabinets and connects perfectly with cabinet body. The grounding bus bar is used for direct grounding component. Meanwhile, because the whole cabinet body is connected with zinc board covered by aluminum, the whole cabinet body is in good grounding condition, in order to guarantee the security of operators and cabinet body.
