【Basic Information of the Community】
■The community covers an area of about 50,000 square meters, a total of 23 buildings.
 
Traditional Planning
■The community is supplied by 2 lines of 10kV south and north ring net power.
■The entire community is supplied by 2 European box-type substations, each installed with 2 power transformers of 630 kV to transform and distribute electricity.
■The radius of low-voltage power supply is about 150 meters on the average, and up to 215 meters.
Integrated Planning
■The community is supplied by 2 lines of 10kV ring net power.
■The entire community is supplied by 1 Chinese-type switching station with dual incoming and outgoing power lines, and 6 Chinese-type transformer substations of 250KVA to 630KVA.
■The radius of low-voltage power supply is about 30 meters.

From the comparison above, integrated planning can be characterized as following:
1. The total project costs are 81.6% of those of the former planning, saving 36.7 (10,000 Yuan);
2. The total annual operating costs are 39.7% of those of the former planning;
4. The comprehensive efficiency evaluation of 5-year operating costs: CT can be saved by 265.1-188.9=76.2 (10,000 Yuan);
5. The comprehensive efficiency evaluation of 10-year operating costs: CT can be saved by 330.6-215.1=115.5 (10,000 Yuan);
6. The total project costs for 10-year operating are 162.9 (10,000 Yuan), saving 115.5 (10,000 Yuan).
